The Grid is a card game like no other before. Its main goal is to conquer the most scientific pillars which compose the enemy AI, while avoiding it to take control of itself.
We created this epic trailer for a Kickstarter Campaign to invite sponsors and potential buyers to make this awesome game come true.
The Story
Set in the near future, The Grid‘s context stands out from other sci-fi dystopian stories by placing the player prior to an AI breakout, i.e. before it escapes from its creators and creates a life-threatening headache for humanity.
The Process
The main task was to completely understand its vast gameplay which offers several challenges, rewards and even different outcomes.
Then, based on this game layout, we planned 1 camera flyover animation with few to no cuts in order to explain how to play the game.
Moreover, the game also has several sets of tokens and cards to make the experience even greater. And each one deserved its place on the trailer.
